Suprised,

I own state of the art sets from Sony and Samsung and bought this as a bedroom TV. The default settings look terrible but if you tweak the image settings a bit it looks terrific and on par with much more expensive sets. My only gripe is the cable tuner on this looks and sounds absolutely terrible. If you don't have a cable box and plan on watching TV on this I would look elsewhere.

Horrible customer service,
April 6, 2012 This review is from: Ario HE3270 32" Class LED HDTV (Electronics)
Do not buy a this brand from anywhere. Their customer service is terrible,we purchased an Ario tv and when it arrived it had a dark spot in the center of the screen. I have tried and tried without success to get the television replaced and I have had no response from these people. It is one of the worst experiences that I have ever had by far. Ya know, when you buy a product you are buying it on good faith. Well, I guess good faith is gone out the door because these people don't believe in making things right. $200 may not seem like alot of money to some people but I guarantee it is alot to those of us who are mid to low income families. Most definitely make sure when making a purchase to double and triple check the company with the BBB before you make your purchases.
I will not ever recommend this company to anybody ever.

decent,

Got this for $200. Image is decent, can tweak it slightly for better looks. But the picture is still MUCH better than some $3000 first-generation big-screens.
Havent used the tuner yet, I use this for my HDMI port on my laptop (which works great) and my Xbox 360.
Its light and flat, looks pretty good. Its 720p, so xbox games dont really look that spiffy, lots of aliasing and stuff, the graphics ALMOST look worse on 720p, than on my old CRT tube television. however, i LOVE the size so i can live without 1080p for the price.
after 1 WEEK, i got TWO, thats right 2!!! DEAD PIXELS its annoying the hell out of my because they are in the center of the screen. i have a 1 year warranty, but Ario doesnt even have its own website so im reluctant to send it in for repair....
all in all, a decent tv for 200-300, but you may get a few dead pixels! also, 1080p resolutions probably look a lot better for gaming.
